PureLink Test Drive Evaluation Policy
PureLink evaluation/demo units are to be either returned or purchased at the end of the evaluation period. Each evaluation period consists of thirty (30) days from the time the unit is delivered. During that time the product remains the property of PureLink. At the end of that thirty day period the unit can either be returned or purchased. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the evaluator and care should be taken to keep the original package and packing materials for return to PureLink at the end of the trial. Evaluator is responsible for any damage done to item in transit and item must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.
IMPORTANT: A credit card number is required before any equipment can be shipped, both to ensure proper return of equipment at the end of the trial (in which case the card would not be charged) and to pay for any purchase that is desired at the end of the trial. The card would also be charged in the event that either a damaged product is returned to PureLink, or if the product is not returned within 30 days from receipt of the unit.
At the end of the trial period a PureLink representative will be contacting the evaluator to collect information regarding the performance of the product during the trial period and other important feedback required for future product enhancements or developments.
Requesting Return Authorization:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before returning a PureLink Test Drive product.

Package the unit carefully in its original packaging and mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
